Source of carbonated beverage wastewater
Carbonated beverage main agent is a beverage concentrate prepared by syrup, color, sweetener, sour agent, flavor and sodium benzoate at a certain ratio, and is the main raw material of beverage filling factory. In the production process, it can produce a kind of wastewater with high organic matter, high suspended matter, high color, strong smell and partial alkalinity.

The pollutants in the carbonated beverage industry wastewater mainly come from the materials used to make the main agent, including sucrose, caramel color, caffeine, phosphoric acid, lime lime, citric acid, ascorbic acid, cinnamon oil, vanillin and sodium benzoate. Soluble and easily degradable substances, except caramel pigment, which is a dark brown mixture produced by the reaction of sucrose in the absence of water or concentrated solution; the pigment is resistant to high temperature, light, difficult to biodegrade, and the color value is long. No reduction, it is the main component of beverage wastewater coloring.

 

Characteristic of carbonated beverage wastewater

Carbonated beverage production wastewater is characterized by high COD concentration and extremely high ss concentration, pH instability, large color, strong smell and other alkaline water. The COD concentration of sewage produced by carbonated beverage puree and sugar is also 3000mg / l Around, due to its long molecular chain, the biological treatment method is difficult to degrade and the treatment is more difficult. In the biochemical treatment system, it can only degrade at most 6% ~ 7%.

Treatment processes for carbonated beverage production wastewater 

1.Anaerobic biochemical + aerobic biochemical process

Simply adopting aerobic biochemical treatment cannot achieve the intended purpose. Compared with other anaerobic processes, the anaerobic biochemical + aerobic biochemical process has the characteristics of small footprint, high organic load, and strong impact resistance.

2.Activated sludge method

After the activated sludge process, the COD removal effect is good, and the effluent water quality meets the discharge requirements; but the reactor is sensitive to the alkalinity of the raw water. If the alkalinity is too high or changes too much, the anaerobic reactor will easily collapse, and the system is difficult to operate stably.

3.Hydrolysis / aerobic biological double fluidized bed process

Aerobic biological double fluidized bed is the key technology of the sewage treatment project. The aerobic microorganisms will further degrade the organic matter after hydrolytic acidification treatment, and realize the effective removal of the dissolved organic matter in the sewage. The ratio of the height of the fluidized bed guide tube to the reactor diameter is an important parameter that affects the mass transfer performance of the reactor. The larger the height-diameter ratio, the longer the contact time between the bubbles and water, and the more beneficial it is to improve the oxygen transfer efficiency.

4.Oxidation ditch process

The oxidation ditch process has good pollutant load, nitrogen removal effect, reliable and stable equipment and mature and extensive application. The single tank completes the nitrogen removal reaction without the need for additional mixed liquid return pipes.

5.Hydrolysis-biological contact oxidation process

Hydrolysis-biological contact oxidation process is used to treat carbonated beverage industrial wastewater. The process operation management is simple, adaptable, and the investment operation cost is small. According to the long-term actual operation, the performance of the process system is stable, the wastewater treatment effect is very ideal, and it can be directly reused.
