Sewage physical filtration treatment method

Modern sewage treatment methods are mainly divided into four categories: Physical treatment,chemical treatment,physicochemical treatment and biological treatment.

Physical treatment

The physical treatment method is to separate and recover the insoluble and suspended pollutants (including oil film and oil beads) in sewage through physical action,without changing its chemical properties during the treatment.Commonly used methods include filtration,precipitation,and flotation.

Filtration method: Use filter media to intercept suspended matter in sewage.The filter media include screens,gauze,and particulate matter,and commonly used filter equipment includes grilles,screens,and microfilters.

Grille and screen.In the drainage project,the waste water flows through the sewer into the human water treatment plant.It should first pass a set of metal longitudinally parallel frames (grids),perforated plates or filters (screens) that are inclined in the channel Floats or suspended matter cannot pass through and are retained on the grid,fine screen or filter material.
